ASGA - vendor rescue, cloud migration, and UI overhaul

ASGA's previous vendor walked away and left them stranded. We stepped in for a standard rescue - audited the existing web app, migrated them to the cloud provider of their choice, fixed the bugs that had been piling up, and rebuilt the UIs that were costing their staff time. The goal was stability first, then quality. No re-platforming they didn't need, no lock-in to tools they couldn't maintain.

A working app, a cloud they actually own, and a UI their team can stand to use every day.

Covenant Pest Control - first-of-its-kind AI inspection robot

Covenant asked us to build something that didn't exist: an AI-powered inspection robot for pest control work. We built it from the ground up - hardware, software, and AI in one integrated system. The workflow was prototype, test, refine, repeat, until it held up in the field. Some details of the build are classified at the client's request, but the scope covered the full stack: custom mechanicals, sensor integration, onboard AI, and the software that ties it all together.

A purpose-built inspection robot that didn't exist off the shelf - designed, prototyped, and refined into a real tool.

MaryMartha's intake and deliverable workflow was manual, slow, and easy to drop balls on. We built custom lifecycle software powered by AI - the intake process is now automated, and the deliverable workflow is tracked end-to-end without anyone having to think about the AI running underneath. The team works the way they always did, but faster and with fewer dropped balls. The AI handles the busywork; they handle the clients.
